It is an ancient kind of flooring that will never be out-of-date. It is practical and stylish, and it keeps the spaces much warmer than tile flooring. If properly maintained, wood flooring can last for years and still look as good as new.  There are also different types of wood flooring, for example, hardwood flooring, which can be used in all the spaces of your house except those spaces that have high levels of moisture.  These include the bathroom and the kitchen. Secondly, there is engineered wood flooring, which is a mix of plywood and solid wood that can be installed even in kitchens. Lastly, there is laminate flooring, which is a synthetic kind of flooring that does not have the feel of natural wood but is very practical and cost effective. It cannot be used in kitchens or bathrooms.

PVC flooring is a synthetic kind of flooring that has a smooth, shiny surface and a rough underlayer, which helps in gripping to the existent floors. It is a convenient kind of flooring for spaces that are very prone to getting wet, such as kitchens and laundry rooms.
